In other words, there is no compulsion on my part that you should necessarily read this long page of mine.

In such cases, I might once again request you to get in touch with Shri. Gopalan sir only. You may opt not to contact Shri. Gopalan sir at that time too. In case you do contact him, then once again, you may please do so in the complete understanding that you will be doing so out of your own willingness only and not out of any compulsion from my end. Please note that Shri. Gopalan sir cannot talk in English fluently but he can write/reply in English to a good extent. So, you can feel quite free to write to him in English. Gopalan sir can understand spoken English too to a good extent. So, you can send your queries as voice messages too to him in English, if you prefer to do so. But, in general, if you wish to communicate with him in English, I suggest you write to him rather than sending audio messages. Of course, text/voice messages in Tamil are not a problem at all, on any day, since Shri. Gopalan sir is a native speaker of Tamil.

IMPORTANT-3:
While most queries may have a definite answer/solution, there might be cases where a query/issue may not have a definite answer/solution. That possibility always exists and I request you to kindly be aware of the same. Sometimes, to answer certain queries, Shri. Gopalan sir might request you to connect your system to his on AnyDesk (or any other similar app) too. I request you to kindly be very well aware of that aspect of his support too. Gopalan sir that you are not willing to connect via AnyDesk. What course of action Shri. Gopalan sir will take in such a case, to provide his further support, I may not be knowing. In some rare cases, the answer sir gives may not be right also. It all depends on how clearly and detailedly you ask your question so that Shri. Gopalan sir understands your query clearly and thus helps you out with the right solution. It is in this context that the following section (IMPORTANT-4) becomes the most important of all.

(^^) Please note that in order to confirm that you are using the latest Azhagi+, please look out for the file "AzhagiPlus-English-Unicode-StylishCharacters1.xml" in the "azXMLs" folder of your Azhagi+ installation folder. If it is present, then you are using the latest Azhagi+. Your Azhagi+ installation folder will be usually "C:\Program Files (x86)\Azhagi+\".

The latest version of Azhagi+ can always be downloaded from https://azhagi.com/store. In case you are aware of Portable version of Azhagi+ and using the same, then the latest version of "Portable Azhagi" can always be downloaded from https://azhagi.com/portable OR https://azhagi.com/portabletam.

IMPORTANT-5: The kind of situation as described below has arisen in the past (when Shri. Gopalan sir was NOT involved in giving support), in the case of one or two new users. Otherwise, a tag like "Good Samaritan" would be more apt to describe the kind of monumental help Shri. Gopalan sir has offered so far to few other members&users since 2021, whenever they have had a query to be answerd OR an issue to be solved. Having expertise is one thing. Using it for the common good, without expecting anything in return, is another thing. As such, Shri. Gopalan sir has learnt a LOT about Azhagi+ from me since 2021 and in that process, he has researched a lot and learnt many things by himself too, some of which I myself don't know. He had been in the process of researching and learning a lot about the usage of various software/tools/techniques/etc. even before 2021 itself, over very many years. Based on ALL that acquired knowledge/expertise only, he is helping out other members/users. So, whenever Shri. Gopalan sir starts to help an user regarding the user's query, sometimes Shri. Gopalan sir solves the user's issue without any interaction with me and also in very quick time, with his pre-acquired expertise in various areas. At other times, he does write to me to clarify a point or two regarding one or other aspect of Azhagi+ based on which he would be helping out that particular user. Sometimes, he does share with me texts/screenshots/etc. on what is getting conversed between him and the user, just to keep me informed OR to confirm that he is on the right track in answering that particular user's query. In a few instances, it may so happen that he may not be able to solve an issue without detailed discussions with me. In such scenarios, more often than not, I would try my best to make Shri. Gopalan sir understand the solution so that he himself can eventually explain it to the user to his satisfaction. If that is not working out, then, if (if at all) and when time permits, I myself may directly explain the solution to the user.

As you might be aware, Azhagi apps are 100% free, in every way. In no manner (donation, advertisement, etc.) do I earn money through Azhagi. My support for Azhagi is also 100% free, 24*7, since many years. In effect, 'Azhagi' is an 'expression/saga of LOVE towards humanity' and nothing else.
