Attach yourself to God, then all other attachment for the temporary objects will automatically fall off. At least, you will start seeing worldly objects in the right manner, in the light of their relative reality. It is only when the tiny little ego assumes enormous importance, there is a lot of bother. That is the root of all the travail. In your heart there is the Aatma Rama, the Rama who will confer eternal joy upon you. So repeat the Name of the Lord. The Lord’s Name is the Sun, which can make the lotus in the heart blossom in full. Lord Rama is not merely the son of emperor Dasaratha, but is the Ruler of Dasa Indriyas (the ten senses). The recital of Lord Rama’s Name must become as automatic and as frequent as your very breath.
