There are many software for typing in Tamil. Among them, if we have to specifically mention about one, it can be Azhagi software. The younger generation should use the features available in software like Azhagi, learn all the Tamil keyboard keys, and type directly in Tamil. Only then will Tamil flourish in the world of computers.
