3) Issues in Unicode:
You can opt to email in either Tscii (non-unicode) or Unicode but Unicode is the vogue, as such. Emailing in Unicode has lots of advantages for now and the future. So, it helps, if you learn to email in Unicode. Nevertheless, Unicode has its own small issues(*). Click here necessarily to know about the issues involved.

(*) These issues might exist for a few more years until all applications start supporting Unicode 100% straightaway and Windows Vista (MS's latest operating system which provides straightforward support for  Unicode) or later OS-es emerge as the default OS in all systems.
