Demo/Tutorials for Azhagi+ (AzhagiPlus)

  • Tutorial 1 - a 16 min video tutorial - along with narration in Hindi (and a bit of English):

  • If you understand Hindi (even to a little extent), or even then otherwise, kindly please see this YouTube video - to learn how to install Azhagi+ and start using it - to type in different Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.). This article (titled "How to type in Hindi top 1st easy way Also 13 Languages, Oriya, Sanskrit etc, Offline") is hosted by Mr. S. Venkatraman, whom I was not knowing in any manner, at the time he posted this video. In easily understandable colloquial Hindi, Mr. Venkatraman (a native speaker of Tamil) has explained Azhagi+ in quite some detail, and this video tutorial will certainly help you out.

I take this opportunity to immensely thank Mr. Venkatraman for posting this extremely useful video tutorial, which would benefit 1000s who download Azhagi+ daily. As an user, I am sure the above video by Mr Venkatraman will be of help to you in introducing Azhagi+ to others who are interested. If and when possible, with my request in spread.html as basis, kindly spread the news of Azhagi/Azhagi+ (and all softwares of their kind) in as many ways as possible - so that many more people get benefitted.

One thing to remember - if (and only if) you are using Windows XP, then it is better to use the "installable" (Setup.exe) version of Azhagi+, instructions for which are lucidly given in the above-mentioned video. The reason it is better not to use the portable version (in WinXP alone) is that it has one particular limitation.

    Background behind the abovementioned video
On 19th Oct 2014 night, when I was searching in the net related to 'azhagi/azhagi+ software', by chance, I happened to find the abovementioned youtube video, created and posted in youtube by Mr. Venkatraman, in Sep 2014. Felt immensely satisfying to watch this video, considering how "extremely effortless" Mr Venkatraman felt using Azhagi+ and considering how this video will be of immense help to many more of the society - in getting introduced to Azhagi+ or in using Azhagi+. As ever, ALL thanks to the Lord Almighty only, for ever, for everything.

Mr. Venkatraman was no earlier acquaintance of me.

I contacted* Mr. S. Venkatraman on 23rd Oct 2014 (Thursday), introduced myself, and thanked him as much as I could, for spending this much time and effort to spread the awareness of a product like Azhagi+ so that others also get benefitted as much as he did. Informed him about certain other special# features which he had not covered in the video. We exchanged a few other matters too.

I am quite happy to post all this information today (28-10-2014) and thus help this news reach many more.

(*) Through the contact number provided by Mr. Venkatraman in the abovementioned video.
(#) Portable use - i.e. using from PenDrive itself even without installing the software in one's system, Changing the existing key mappings for any language, Creating a new keyboard layout for any language by oneself and using the same in Azhagi+, etc.

A note on the above video
    • Since Mr Venkatraman does not know written Hindi, he has not typed certain Hindi words correctly. But, people who know Hindi can easily get to learn what to type in English to get the desired Hindi words.
  • Tutorial 2 - a 7 minutes video tutorial - with narration in English:

  • Kindly watch this YouTube video , starting from 3 minutes 15 seconds. It explains how to type in Tamil in ANY application using Azhagi+ by pressing the global hotkey F11.

The portion earlier to 3 minutes 15 seconds explains how to type in Tamil online using a tool provided at tamil.changathi.com. You can watch that too, if you have need for the same.

My hearty thanks to Mr. Afdhaal for posting the above video tutorial on Azhagi+ in YouTube.
  • Tutorial 3 - a 36 seconds video:
